DAY 1: Starting in the S. Parker Rd. Corridor- H-MART, 2751 S. Parker Rd.
Centered at approx. E. Yale and S. Parker Road, the S. Parker Rd. Corridor is the perfect place to begin a culinary tour of Aurora. Not only are there endless restaurants, but also many fantastic markets. The best known of the "ethnic" markets outside of Aurora, is H-Mart. A Korean supermarket, H-Mart is vast and carries an extraordinary selection of everything Asian--most notable are the meat/seafood department, the frozen foods, the in-house prepared Korean specialties, the produce and the endless aisles of noodles. I, personally, go crazy through the produce-reminded of how profoundly limited the American diet is. Also reminded of how I need to shop at H-Mart more often. This is just the first of many trips I'll be taking there. It's too much for just one post.
